Eye On LBI is owned and operated by Kevin and Rob Romanowski, and Fran Kleber, long time residents of Long Beach Island.

Kevin is a retired educator who has loyally served the LBI community for over three decades as a teacher and administrator at the Southern Regional School District.

Rob is a native of Long Beach Island residing with his wife Jane, daughter Harlow and son Easton.  He is a graduate of Southern Regional HS and the Univ. of North Carolina at Wilmington. In addition to assisting in the day-to-day operations of Eye on LBI, Rob has worked as a full time Realtor with the Van Dyk Group for the past 14 years.

Fran has joined the company having previously owned and operated Morrison’s Marina for 31 years before retiring in 2022. Fran brings experience in customer relations, service and maintenance as well as a problem-solving approach to the business.

Collectively, the team has deep roots and connections with this community which allow us to provide a superior level of service for you. We are fully insured and a member of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce.

While Kevin, Rob and Fran are the face and force of Eye on LBI, we rely on a pool of professional contractors to accomplish all that is required to meet customer needs. In addition, we have formed strong working relationships with a host of home maintenance contractors including but not limited to: plumbers, electricians, roofers, builders, landscapers, HVAC companies, masons, and general contractors. We utilize maintenance people with whom we have a connection - people who we trust and know will do the job well, while doing it on time and at a reasonable price point. The proper care of your property is our main concern.
